Change is built into the fabric of physical reality. Change is a constant. Everything changes in each new moment. Embrace change. Do not fear it, for all change is good. Change brings new possibilities and new opportunities. If you resist change, you are simply choosing a perspective based in fear. By embracing change you can go with the flow of what is happening.
