Appreciation is the intentional focus of what you personally believe is good. It is aligned with love. So often, we are focused on what we think is wrong. This is a form of resistance and control and it's based in fear. Therefore, we are creating a vibration of resistance and this is what causes us to feel stuck and to continue suffering. The key to ending resistance is to live in a state of appreciation. If you can appreciate the positive aspects of the conditions, the people in your life and especially yourself, you will be creating a life based in love. This is what you truly want!
