What is the true purpose of relationships, particularly in marriage? Is it to make the other person happy? Is it to get to a place of contentment? We'll look at the specific design and purpose God has for our relationships.
Do you ever feel like you're not making a big enough impact? Leaving an impressive enough legacy? Living a life of value and purpose?
In a culture of comparison and pressure, it’s easy to always strive to do more and be more but what if God is calling you just be faithful with what He has put in your hands? What if He is asking you to find glory in the ordinary?
God is an architect and He is building something.
God has plans. Big plans for the world. God has big plans for you!
You are part of his BIG story. We discover our part in that story by becoming an archeologist. What is buried within? What needs to be built? Designed?
Discover who God has shaped you to be in his BIG story.
Wouldn’t it be amazing to feel free? To feel like we don’t have to earn our way into good things? Don’t have to earn our way into forgiveness and eternal life with God?
Sometimes we forget this freedom is already offered to us.
So how do we embrace it? Guest speaker, Steve Cuss looks at the Gospel and shows us what freedom it truly offers.
Is your mind swirling with worry? Guilt? Anger? Sadness? Disappointment? Shame?
Are you going OUTTA YOUR MIND?
We'll talk about how to help our mind focus on what’s true and how we can find peace.
Depression is a real challenge for many people, and it has existed since the beginning of time. When you dig into Scripture you can find examples of people who felt depressed, hopeless, and discouraged even in the midst of following God and serving Him.
So, if this challenge has been around forever, what are we supposed to do about it? What encouragement and help does Scripture give us? What should we do when we are depressed?
Do you ever feel trapped in your own head?
Do you catch yourself thinking “WHY DO I FEEL THIS WAY?”
Do you ever tell yourself…
“Snap out of it!”
“I’m the only one dealing with this."
“It will always be this way”
We can all stumble and get lost in the wilderness of tangled emotions.
We can all think “I’m going OUTTA MY MIND!”
But there is hope.
There is a way out.
We can win the battle of our minds and find peace.
We are finishing up our series on Sermon On The Mount where Jesus tells us how to weather the storms of life. Storms will come our way no matter what, so how can we prepare?
During one of His teachings, Jesus tells the religious leaders, “Small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life.”
But what does that really mean? How can we enter through the gate? Is it by tithing? Reading the Bible? Praying? Going on mission trips?
Watch as we discuss what it really takes to secure eternal life.
“Christians are so judgmental.” Have you heard that phrase before? Maybe someone has said it to you before.
We'll look at what our role is as followers of Jesus when it comes to telling others the truth and how we can best guide others in their choices.
