Hari Om, and good morning.
Today we sit with the subtle. The sound of rain on my roof. The soft purr of sleep in the background. The gentle rhythm of the breath moving in and out, lifting and falling of the body, the whistle and cool in the nose. This space of small things is where we live in full awareness. The subtle hints of god is in the tiniest of sparks. We are a series of small moments, the cataclysm of small crashes, the canvas of the tiniest of brush strokes, and to reject any of it would be living in unawareness that the wholeness is simply the smallness, together.
