As Mental Health Awareness month begins its fouth week, Desiree welcomes the Collins family. This week will be the most kinetic week yet. This family will begin to heal. We appreciate the Collins sharing their home, their lives and encouraging the six children to join in on the conversation. Their opinion are very important, too, as members of the Collins household. Don't miss a single episode. And stay tuned for the climactic conclusion at the end of the week. Thanks for listening and for your support. Your comments, suggestions and questions are greatly appreciated. God Bless you. God Bless America. [email protected]
Day 5: As we conclude with the Pan family, Kenzo, Wanda, Yoshi and Sora, they are a changed family. Listen as they describe their journey this week and how they have decided to have more communication at the dinner table. At the beginning of the week you never would have thought that they would come this far. But, this is why we are here. To see families understand that they, too, can heal and promote mental health wellness. Regardless of race or cultural background, change is possible. Thank you for listening and we welcome your comments, questions and suggestions for future podcast shows. [email protected]. Look for us on YouTube or click the YouTube link to see our channel. God bless you all!!
Day 4: The Pan family hears from a special guest on today's show. This special guest is here today for Sora. Yoshi also opens up more now, and his dad, Kenzo, supports his love for music and dance. A very interesting episode as Sora continues to ponder a life as a Geisha. Wanda listens in very carefully as her daughter makes life choices.
This is a special message to go out to the families, friends and co-workers of senseless hatred ALL over the world. Not just here in the United States, but everywhere. The devil is busy and his time is short. That's why we see more and more chaos in the world today. Soon and very soon God will in His own good time, step in and make ALL things new again. God's timing is perfect. He wants ALL to come to repentance and accept Him and His son, Jesus Christ. That's why He hasn't return yet. The Word will be preached in all corners of the Earth and in all languages. Then no one can say in the day of Judgement, they did not hear the Word of God. Hatred by people who claim to be christian, who claim to be muslim, groups that divide because they think they are superior, like neo-nazis and nazis, period, are totally wrong. Hatred has NO place in God's heart. He will restore those who have died. Death is NOT permanent. So, this message of Love goes out to ALL mankind, regardless of religious believe or where you live in the world. Humanity has to be ONE people worldwide. God bless you. Amen!
Today family secrets come out and explode unto Day 3, as even Kenzo reveals that he secretly admired Yoshi's strength in his love for music and dance, despite the fact that his own father beat the desire out of him. While Wanda supports her children, this episode reveals that Sora may have the dream of getting into a field that Wanda never thought any woman should pursue. Desiree tries to navigate all the drama here today, but stay tuned. We still have two additional days of family secrets, interventions and trauma that has been hidden for decades regarding Kenzo and Wanda Pan. We appreciate your support and look forward to bringing you the best of the best content while helping families heal at the same time. You can reachus at: [email protected]. Thanks for listening.
On Day 2, we dive deeper into the Pan family. Listen to how Kenzo and Yoshi's passion connects not only the two men, but also the two women, who share a common bond. Old traditions no longer need to dictate how the household is run; instead, Kenzo and Wanda can use open communication and love to forge a new path.
Week 3: Desiree Duar, host of Journey Into Mental Health - the Podcast, invited the Pan family, Kenzo, Wanda, Sora and Yoshi, to discuss old family traditions, modern-day changes, and how the lives of each family member have changed with the times. Listen and learn about their family culture and how they adjusted to American life. We hope to have them all week long, and next week, Desiree will invite yet another family, as her first two weeks included the Johnsons and the Machucas families. All month long Desiree aims to explore the differences among the four families as we tackle Mental Health Awareness month and seek solutions for healing through their struggles and victories. Thanks for listening. Email us at: [email protected] for more resources, show ideas, suggestions and questions. We value your thoughts and your support is greatly appreciated. PayPal.me/Duar680
Desiree recaps the week with the Machuca family as they reflect on how beginning to heal feels refreshing and learn a new way to communicate openly. Their father, Francisco, also learned to be a better listener and to encourage the family to speak openly. We hope these family interventions have helped someone out there or been shared with someone you think can benefit from learning to heal mental health issues, which affects not only the mind but the body as well. We want to see all forms of stress relieved and families thrive in better health through communication, and to break down old barricades from years past. The cycle of mental and physical stress can be healed. Thank you for listening to our podcast. [email protected]
On Day 3, Desiree continues her deeply moving discussion with the Machuca family. In today’s episode, the family bravely shares what it was truly like growing up in their home. Francisco has promised to let his daughters express themselves freely, without losing his temper or displaying the anger they experienced during their childhood, as that past fear used to shut them down and make them afraid to speak out.
Today, Desiree joins the family as they agree to take things one step at a time. Let's listen in as they begin this difficult, but necessary, journey toward mental health wellness and healing. For resource information, questions, or comments, email us at [email protected]. Thanks for listening and for your incredible support.
On Day 2: The Machucha sisters talk about balancing school, home life and social settings. Maria, specifically, talks about one of her friends and how their personal life effects their relationship. Desiree tries to navagate this episode by providing mental support and available resources to help overcome the challenges many young people have related to social activities, family interventions and how all this can effect one's mental health in general. It can be overwhelming at times, but that's why this Podcast is here. To serve and open up dialogue to an otherwise isolated and closed individual(s). Being able to speak to someone or speak your mind and express your feelings is the beginning of healing and mental health improvement. Thank you for listening and your support of this podcast. Please feel free to leave comments, questions and allow us to send you surveys (SPAM FREE) so we can possibly address your concerns in a future podcast. We hope to have a psychologist return to the podcast during this month of May. So stay tuned and subscribe to be alerted about all new content and guests to your podcast shows.
