She heard someone say ‘Mount Everest’ in the crowd and thought that was perfect: she was going to climb Mount Everest. Undeterred by the fact that she didn’t have any climbing experience, she went on to scale many summits throughout the world – helping to fund a charity for at-risk Nepali girls along the way. Born in Syria and immigrated to the United States as a young kid, Suhein was taught how to hold a knife and basic self-defense when she was eight. This allowed her to be fearless in life because she knew that she had some level of control when life would throw her a curveball. When she lost her job during the 2008 Recession, she quickly realized that her family’s homemade skin moisturizer was able to relieve some people of their eczema. Armed with this knowledge, she went on to build her own skin care line to help relieve dry skin, cracked skin, and psoriasis.
