Catherine McNulty was only 27 weeks into her pregnancy when she gave birth to her son. After several weeks of being in the hospital and having many close calls, Catherine and her husband made the decision to pull life support and allow their son to die peacefully in their arms. The grief shattered her for many years, until she decided to channel the love of her son into her own healing and dedicated her life into helping others through their own grief. She is now the board member of Empty Cradle, a Southern California non-profit, serving parents who have lost a baby. She is also the founder of Grief Inspired, where she challenges her clients to step outside the victim mindset and regain control of how to navigate their grief.
Look for her on Facebook, on YouTube, and if you or you know someone who is suffering from grief, you can buy her book, The Gifts of Grief: Do More Than Survive Grief.
