  • Brooke, Through the Crazy is the Invincible

Brooke has dealt with anxiety all her life. Although she had a happy childhood, her dad was an alcoholic that put more pressure on her mother to support the family and keep it together. So, Brooke was always waiting for the other shoe to drop, whenever she felt happy, she wondered when it could be taken away from her. She became pregnant at a young age and made the decision to get an abortion, which added to her anxiety. She married a man who was unfaithful to her but when she finally divorced her husband, she sedated with becoming a perfect busy body. Until one day, she met the man of her dreams. Her anxiety grew to new heights when she and her man experienced the 2017 Las Vegas Shooting.  This made Brooke experience more panic episodes and crazy anxiety that she couldn't leave the house. It wasn't until she found breath work that she broke through the crazy and found the invincible.
