Happy New Year! Here is a poem that might make you think about some previous conversations. Several people have approached me with their personal issues asking me for my opinion and would get upset if I disagree with them. I had to learn it is not my job to make a person understand what I already understood. Sometimes what is understood does not always have to become an understanding.

Self care is important to me. I do it through the day and try to make myself laugh, feel calm, and to just relax. Do you indulge in anything to give back to yourself?
