Click Here to be Part of the Family - The fear of failure is a topic we have dealt with very often, the fear of failure should not exist. Failure itself is important to achieve success. So, without failure, there is no success. Failure is like inserting a puzzle piece until you finish the picture. Sometimes you will take the wrong piece ... Other times the right piece is on the wrong side but in the end, with so much stubbornness, you will be able to complete the puzzle to get the complete picture of your life.
The fear of failure is dictated by those dogmas that limit our potential. I'm not good enough ... I'm not smart enough ... he is better than me ... he has the money ... he started earlier ... and I don't have time and so on ...
This type of situation leads to abandoning any project in the shortest possible time, or you will never have started because you never had the balls to do it. Sorry huh !! I'm a little frank.
How to overcome this fear of failure? in the simplest way possible, accept failure! Accept failure to achieve success… The more you fail, the more you understand what to do in your life. Once you understand what to do in your life you have to fail again…. and you will fail again to achieve your goal in the best possible way. Of course, you can always post a cat video and go viral, at least that was up to 15 years ago. The truth is that luck is not part of this process. If success comes through hard work and... someluck, that's a plus. But in 99% of cases doesn't work like that.
While the fear of failure has to do with mental and spiritual self-harm when negative things happen, the fear of success is more about anticipating how other people will react to your triumph.
But there are other situations that prevent that person from not achieving success out of simple fear:
1.As for low goals: If you are afraid of challenges your goals will never be great, in this case the solution is very simple. You have to be pragmatic, if you set low goals you can't expect great successes ... if you set high goals you can't expect to be more successful than you set yourself.
2.Delay: At some point you just want to stop ... because of anxiety, because of fear of challenge, because of fear of failing in the long run ... Again, think about how far you've come. If you have managed to build a flight of stairs and reach more than halfway up, what makes you think you will not be able to reach the top? Ask yourself this question.
3.Self-Destructiveness: Let it be an excess to any habit, like drugs for example, leads to self-destruction. In this case, I'll just tell you one thing, you don't really deserve success. There are other people who would sell their souls to stay in your place, so if your intention is to be a clown, step aside and leave room for someone else ... However ... If you want to take control of your life again do it ... because it's never really too late. The list of famous people who take back their life is known, such as Robert Downey Jr.'s, Elthon John, Drew Barrymore and so on.
