Meet Alfredo Borodowski, Ph.D., MSW, "The Bipolar Rabbi" In a pivotal moment in June 2013, he faced a life-changing experience, arrested for impersonating a police officer and subsequently diagnosed with bipolar disorder. The aftermath was tough – he lost his prestigious executive director role and became a target for ridicule, but he didn't let that define him. Overcoming depression, Alfredo thrived, reinventing himself as a social worker.

Through his journey, he discovered the power of Positive Psychology and learned to embrace his strengths, conquering negative thoughts along the way. Now, he's on a mission to share the wisdom of those with mental illness and their caregivers with the world.
