From running a classroom to running a fitness hub in rural remote Queensland. Joy McClymont has scaled her needs to what suits her lifestyle and ultimately her family's business of making a life on the land. A personal trainer connecting with rural women and men across the country to put their health and wellbeing first which then in turn will be a great foundation for a long healthy life on the land is what Joy embodies. 

Joy is a ball of energy and along with her husband Paul and four children living on a cattle property outside of Longreach. We talk about relationships, rallying the troops for her fitness hub and what it is that she loves so much about being Married to the Land and keeping fit.
