Whoa! I actually came out with a #2 to one of my mini series... (wait, what's the plural form of "series?")

So here it is, "Let's Talk Ethics" part 2! Where I'm basically talking about how the whole minimum wage thing works. 

Also, this is the first episode I recorded AND edited in Audition... so if it sounds weird, breathy, thumpy, or bad in any other way... it's because I'm still learning how to do this.

So please don't hate on me, just let me know what I need to fix... and help me out if you have experience with this!

And don't forget, a handful of changes are coming to the show with the 100th Episode!!! So be on the lookout for that.

So here's the deal today. 

Everybody out there is trying to follow their passion now... and that's cool.

The problem is, some people aren't understanding that you are not passionate about everything that you find an interest in. 

If that were the way it worked, I would be passionate about EVERYTHING. Seriously, everything.

So let me explain to you what I mean in today's episode... and hopefully help you better understand how to find your passions, and how to know what is simply just an interest.

Retirement is actually not something that I have heard too much about in the entrepreneurship community. 

That's because... it doesn't really work the same way for business owners as it does for all of the employees that work for that business, does it? 

Often time, the business is really helping its employees grow their money for retirement, because that's how evil corporate America rolls.

But this isn't supposed to be an intimidating episode for entrepreneurs. When push comes to shove, retirement will work out just fine for the business owners too. All because of reasons that I discuss up above.

Hey Everyone! I'm back on my own today.. sorry to disappoint. 

However, I still somehow managed to make this a pretty good episode. I've had a little rough going as of late and apparently having more negative emotions might actually lead to more interesting podcasts.
