Not because He can't use talented or impressive people, but because He refuses to let anybody steal the glory that rightfully belongs completely to Him and Him alone. That's God’s pattern all through Scripture: the glory belongs to Him alone, so He works mightily through the weak and the rejected to make it crystal clear that the strength comes from Him. Maybe that’s why God has chosen you. He's ready to use you in ways that point straight back to His greatness.
