Affordability of houses… It’s just a myth nowadays!

In this month’s market update, there's been a talk in the investor’s town about the rising interest rates and how people shift from being property buyers to property renters. 

Nothing wrong with renting, especially if you’re a landlord! 

But this shift shows us that real estate investing and cash flowing from real estate can beat ‘all’ odds that even hotels in New York are being subject to approval to become an apartment.
