On this podcast, we talk about taking chances. Starting again. Finding the courage to move forward when the outcome is uncertain.

But there comes a moment when you have to live the message you share with everybody else.

For me, that moment is now.

I’ve entered the Top Host competition.

I’m putting myself out there because I believe there is more I can do with this microphone. More people I can reach. More conversations I can start. More stories that deserve to be heard.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of being an emcee, a radio personality, and a podcast host. I’ve helped people celebrate their biggest moments. I’ve brought energy into a room. And I’ve asked questions that give someone the space to tell their story.

That connection is what keeps me coming back.

Because sometimes, one conversation stays with you.

You hear someone explain how they made it through a difficult season, and suddenly your own next step feels possible. You discover that the person you admire had doubts, setbacks, and days when they wanted to give up, too.

That’s why JUMP matters to me.

I want people to leave these conversations with the courage to try something they’ve been putting off.

And I know I have to be willing to do the same.

So here I am. Taking my own advice.

I don’t know how this competition will end. But I know I would regret letting the opportunity pass without trying.

Maybe you know that feeling.

There’s something you want to do. You’ve thought about it. Talked yourself into it. Talked yourself out of it. And you’re still waiting for the moment when you feel completely ready.

I’m learning that sometimes you take the step with the nerves still there.
