* The Ark Encounter is discriminatory in their hiring practices – they violate the Civil Rights Act.
* Their jobs for newly hired single employees are contingent on signing a vow of chastity.
* Ken Ham, founder of this park, believes genocide and incest are okay.
* The Ark Encounter is anti-science. It claims the earth is only 6000 years old and that the Grand Canyon was formed in but 40 days.
* Their finances violate the Separation of Church and State. Millions of dollars in state tax incentives, forced employee contributions to their loans, making nearby residents pay for their loans, and applying their real estate taxes to their loans is how Ken Ham does business.
