I have come to realize that this generation has become very dissatisfied with everything. Part of that is our own fault but the other part is because of how many trends there are and things we have been taught from others. In this episode I talk about why we are so dissatisfied with life and what caused the disappointment.

I feel like I can say for everyone that there has been a time when you have participated in something you didn’t want to in order to fit in or have said yes to plans you didn’t want to so people wouldn’t think you’re lame. We have all been there and it’s not fun when it becomes habit to always put yourself last. In this episode I talk about different kinds of people pleasing, signs of people pleasing, and how to get out of the trap of it.

I don’t know if I’m the only one but recently everything has just been making me extremely stressed, anxious, and drained. I am at a point of severe burnout and I truly need to deal with it. In this episode I talk about what it’s like to be burnt out, how to try to deal with it, and how we can cope with the symptoms and possibly prevent it from happening again in the future.

I have a very bad habit of getting attached extremely easily to the thought of something or someone that makes me literally go insane. Of course it’s so fun to romanticize things but to a certain extent. It could become very toxic if you’re detaching from your regular life and romanticizing a person or thing to be something they’re not. I’m going to try my best to give some advice for what has helped me this far but I’m still trying to figure it out myself.

Recently I have spent a lot of time and fallen in love with a new city that I truly want to move to. I don’t think it’s just me that feels stuck in the city I grew up in. It feels as though I can’t grow and be successful in my hometown because it’s become too familiar and depressing. A change of scenery, people, and area is such a blessing to be able to experience and it opens up so many opportunities. I truly believe that in order to fully be able to grow to our full potential, we have to make decisions in order to move on from how/where we grew up. In this episode I will be talking about how I feel that moving can help us grow and adapt better and also become more successful potentially. I will also be discussing what to consider before moving to a new city in order to feel more prepared.
