As we all know the winter season coming up to Christmas can get pretty stressful. In this episode I will dive into seasonal depression, how to cope and stay motivated in the winter, gift guides, winter activities, exams, and more! Everyone has had a crush at some point, whether you want to admit it or not. In this video, I will be going over my own personal experience with an eating disorder. But most importantly, I'm going to be discussing the steps that need to be taken and that I took in order to prevent and treat this disorder.

I am going to explain the most common emotions and causes of those emotions, including anger, fear, disgust, sadness and happiness. At the end of the episode I will go through my top pet peeves that really enrage me and explain why they bother me so much.

this summer is full of new trends; from clothes to tv shows, I will be listing them, and giving my opinion if they are worth the hype or not. I will also list things you can do to kill time during these hot months, glow up tips and what I do to have a reset, as well as fun activities and new hobbies to take on so that your summer isn't just one long circle of boredom.

constantly we are getting pressure to do things we don’t want to do or pressure to think about our future. in this episode I talk about the daily struggles of pressure in many different areas, how that affects us, and how to move past it. I will be going over pressure from school, work, parents, friends, and from ourselves.
