Be mindful of the narrative you run in your mind when you are swirling in the energy of change.

I reflect on the practice of pausing—resisting the urge to fill empty space with noise, activity, or distraction. A quiet invitation to get comfortable with the space in between and allow it to be exactly what it needs to be.

What we say yes to and what we say no to is about alignment, honesty, acceptance, and love of ourselves so that we can be our truth in all areas of our life.

Letting go, acceptance, gratitude, awareness and how nature teaches.

Can you trust yourself to go deeper into who you are so that you connect and align with love and disconnect from conditioning?

Life has a way of reminding us, no matter where we are or what we’re facing, that as long as we’re here, there’s still work to do within ourselves.

No one is denying the distractions and the difficulties, but the question is, are you showing up for you?

Do you bring awareness to the energy you use to achieve, so you can also recognize when you might be using it to avoid something?
