It's the end of the year, and with the end of the year comes resolutions. Many look down on those who make resolutions, but it's okay to want different for yourself. But in order to see those changes through, you have to put a plan into action. Let's talk about it.

A lot of times, we take what we've been through or the things that we've done that may have been (what we perceive as) 'bad' and we internalize it. We think that because we've done a bad thing that we've become a bad person. You need to shake out of that. Let's talk about it.

The way we see ourselves and our lives stems from something that took place at some point, and in order for healing to take place, we have to get to the root of why we feel this way to begin with.
