So many of us do things, not because we want to do them or because they will lead us closer to our purpose, but out of fear, desire for approval, and to be seen and feel appreciated. But when you go that route, you'll soon find out that it's the wrong route. You need to be brave enough to admit it, and even more brave to do something about it. In this episode, I'm gonna give you some signs to look out for if you're unsure of whether or not what you're currently doing is what you're supposed to be doing.

You can give yourself permission to heal and be human. Hopefully this episode helps you do just that.
