Hey friends. This one is a heavy one with some storytelling to give some background. This was the absolute hardest episode to date but I’m proud to finally be able to share my story. EDIT: I recorded this story for the last time the night before this goes live and it really does feel freeing to finally open up about something I’ve locked away for so long. I’m grateful to be surrounded by such love to finally feel safe to share this and close this chapter. My hopes from this are to make you feel less alone, learn that boundaries aren’t always specific but they’re for YOU so do what feels right and know that your story is yours- no one can take that away from you, even if they try. The hardest part of all of this is letting go of judgement and what others will think or say. But at the end of the day, it’s not about anyone but us, survivors.
