Hi all! In this episode we talk about the importance of health and that it life changing to get up after time off from whatever keeps you healthy. I really enjoyed looking over the 75 hard challenge (google it for specifics.) I know in my life that I am not ready for that challenge since I am just returning to healthy life. My DIY 75 Life includes: no fast food/soda, active 30+ min a day, therapy exercise daily (if no therapy 10 pgs non fiction), fruit smoothie daily, cold showers, complete Apple Watch goals, blood pressure/ RHR record daily, daily progress pictures, 3L of water.
