How is your overall wellness? Not sure.. Have no idea how to even begin exploring your wellness on a overall level...
Take a second and look at the Wellness Wheel.
The Wellness Wheel lists elements (such as physical, emotional, environmental, intellectual) that contribute to overall wellness. The aim is to 'score' these aspects and once you join the points up, create a wheel that is well rounded.
This week Kim, Hannah and Laura take a very honest look at their overall wellness, with the help from the wellness wheel and discuss changes they can make to get a more even wheel.

Joining Kim in the conversation this week, are Laura and Hannah. Up for discussion this week is; instead of setting 'unrealistic goals' that never get fulfilled, why not use the New Year as a chance to review last year and ask yourself 'why' on parts you want to change.

Ageing - it happens to all of us.
But how you feel about common phrases such as 'clock is ticking', birthday cards that mock your age or the pressure of not showing signs of ageing?
This week, we have 3 wonderful generations of the WBCo family; Kim (daughter), Donna (mother) and the extraordinary Gwen (who is Donna's mother and gran to Kim).
They chat about pressures of looking your age or should we say not looking your age, the wisdom and knowledge we can learn from our elderly generation and ageism in the work place.
