After a five month hiatus, I finally felt ready to press record again.

Over the last few months, I’ve been sitting with a lot:

what it means to evolve publicly,

what it feels like to outgrow versions of yourself,

the difference between showing up performatively vs authentically,

and how sometimes life pulls you backward like a slingshot before it launches you somewhere entirely new.

This isn’t a “here’s my five-step pivot plan” episode. It's not organized. It isn't scripted. There's no outline or real reason for it. It’s more of an honest conversation about identity, pressure, growth, creativity, and learning to trust yourself again.
