Jen has eighteen work days left before summer vacation mom-mode takes over. Tim is always holding his internal anxiety clock countdown to death / when-he-should’ve-finished-a-project. Also, Jen’s multiple feelings on finishing her film, and Tim’s decision to not talk about work when it’s going well.

Jen and Tim reflect on the one-year anniversary of The 10 Letters Project. How creative collaboration can give time and structure for a friendship to grow, and how it is still incredibly embarrassing to have shared some truths publicly. Also, at the end, Tim makes sure he says certain things out loud.

Jen is anxiously prepping for a shoot date as well as a family visit, almost ready to dive in and be present for all of it. Tim can’t find the words right away because he woke up extra early to work on a project, but he’s going to decide out loud right now that he’s already dived in. He’s in.

Jen and Tim take a moment to check in because the past few days have been unexpectedly blue. As a pick-me-up, they host their first guest, and play the first-ever round of “Ask a Nine-Year-Old.”

Tim tries to explain the turning point moment he’s feeling after finishing ten days of filming a new project. Jen is returned home and heading into the final stretch of two projects. They talk about the good people and good plans that are getting them through.

Jen calls in from a family gathering in Oklahoma, and Tim calls in from his week of intense filming. Both have a lot of processing to do.
