Join Oliver as he chills with one of his very best friends, Thierry Wildgust! These two have known each other for over twenty years, though they weren't always pals. Back in high school their relationship was very different, having evolved quite a lot over the years. Don't let Thierry's Instagram handle of '3.5stardad' fool you, as he is a stellar parent who has recently made the shift to being a stay at home Dad!

The conversation starts off discussing exactly that, and how many people in society still struggle with archaic gender role stereotypes. Join Oliver as he chills with cartoonist extraordinaire Derek Evernden! An exceptionally talented illustrator, Derek is also the creator of the ridiculously funny, single-panel comic Bogart Creek. Known for his dark and absurd comedic style, Derek has been tickling the funny bones of all those who come across his work!

Things kick off with Derek shedding light on his artistic origins, including a gig working as a caricature artist that may have inadvertently birthed his gag-comic mentality. He then goes on to describe his process behind creating new comics, and ultimately deciding which ideas make it past the cutting room floor.

Oliver and Derek discuss their joint experience as finalists in a cross country search for cannabis curation committee members in 2018, organized by a company called AHLOT. Which leads to discussion regarding how they have both more recently decided to tone down their own personal consumption levels. The conversation ends with discussion of some of Derek's many fantastic comics, and the importance of vigilantly researching which jokes may have already been put forth by other individuals at an earlier date.

Well known for her role as Caitlin Ryan on the beloved Canadian Degrassi franchise, she is also a certified fitness and wellness coach! Stacie is not just extremely dedicated to physical activity, but a major proponent for mental health as well.

A lot of different topics are covered in this fantastic chat! Stacie explains how her fitness journey began after moving to LA in the mid-90's, eventually bringing that knowledge with her back to Canada. After a hiatus to be a stay at home Mom for her two kids when they were young, Stacie got re-certified and has been kicking-butt as a trainer ever since!
