She opened up about her emotional and physical abuse from family members and how she faced discrimination within the healthcare system. A French philosopher named René Descartes coined "I think therefore I am." IN this episode, we talked about how he was bullied and abused as a child and that watching Star Wars & Ninjas got him to want to be a Ninjedi and take up martial arts. We discussed the lessons we could learn from it, such as respect and discipline. He had a lot of parapsychological experiences that led him down the religious path, and we discussed our mind-body-spirit connection.

I haven't interviewed Norah Vincent, but I think my guest comes close enough. IN this episode, we talked about the issues that men live with in society: loneliness, worthlessness, alienation, and comparisons, amongst many others. We also discussed the good and bad of the manosphere and how young men need guidance from older men since that's what's lacking and that's how the movement became popular. I also talked about my upbringing and seeing my parents each taking on the role of the breadwinner and the homemaker, so I'm used to both. She also explained how that should just be the norm depending on who has the capability.

Richard opened up about his suicidal past and how that affected him during the pandemic and how he used writing as a means to get out of that state and now that he's no longer there, he just keeps it real in his music.

IN this episode, we talked about exactly what's in the title. We explored Native American culture and some of the rituals they do, and we touched upon some of the experiences he had while in different countries wanting to be like the locals. Then we talked about the abuse he's been through and transitioned into organized religion and cults, and it could be as good as brainwashing. Then we tied the two together and figured out how to do the deep work to get over your traumas instead of trying to control someone's life.

IN this episode we talked about the laws behind divorce in Florida where he is and the progression from Civil to Criminal court if there's possibility of Domestic Violence. Because divorces can be lengthy, we hope that children could spend half of their time with mom and the other half with dad but that doesn't happen for multitude of reasons. He also talked about ways that both parents could be there for their child without animosity towards each other.
