This week the COW boys are talking about, "Just keep moving". Along with some fun and lively conversation on the topic, you'll also hear some great music from Mike Beck (Rock and Roll Cowgirl), Kyle Evans (Ten Seconds in the Saddle), Juni Fisher (Well Traveled Trail), and Prairie Wildfire (Blue for You).
