Rachel is the founder of Liberate Pelvic Health and has special interest in social justice, sex positivity, and trauma-informed care. Liberate Pelvic Health is located in Denver, Colorado and offers integrative and holistic therapy to address pelvic health concerns for any body, both in person and via telehealth. Pelvic health concerns are anything that cause distress or dysfunction in your daily life having to do with the muscles, organs, nerves, and connective tissues that are located in your abdomen and pelvic bowl. Although this form of therapy is most readily thought of as a resource during pregnancy and postpartum, it can also support people of all genders across the lifespan with issues like pelvic pain, digestive issues, and sexual/toileting dysfunction. She is fairly fluid by nature, and therefore flows between functional movement, bodywork, breath work, postural training, targeted exercise, body awareness exploration and self-care development to help clients make progress with their goals. She is a licensed Occupational Therapist and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist.
