Today we examine why it is so important that we live in the present as opposed to consistently obsessing over the future. We note that each day has its own trouble, so why focus so much on tomorrow that we miss today? Listen in.

Today’s episode is a reminder that God has called us to live purposefully- daily, in big and small things. I am learning that as believers, our lives depend on staying in purpose. We cannot shadow box in 2026.

I read a passage of the Bible this morning that reminded me to look to God’s ability and not mine. Through this episode, I hope to remind us that God can bring to pass the things he has promised even when we are like ants and those promises, imposing giants.

In the past week I had many conversations with myself and with my people about some of the many things that can go wrong in the future.

Seen people young and bright die, seen people suffer fates they couldn’t have imagined and honestly it can be scary to live in a world where there is so much uncertainty.

I was on my way to church today and God dropped something strongly in my heart, he said to me, ‘I am, I will be and I can carry you through’. It made me realize that not knowing can be scary, but with God, I can face not knowing head on.
