In this raw and vulnerable episode, I share parts of my story that I’ve kept close for so long. 🌱 From a childhood filled with violence, addiction, and abuse, to the struggles I faced along the way, this is a deep dive into my journey of transformation.
I want to make it clear — this is not about blame. I’m sharing my truth to connect with others who have endured similar pain and to show you that healing is possible. ❤️
Growing up, I witnessed domestic violence, drug addiction, and emotional and verbal abuse. When my mother and I left my father, I thought the nightmare would end — but it was just the beginning. A scorned woman is a force to be reckoned with, and with hurt comes healing — or the choice to suppress it until it changes you forever. 💔
I do not blame anyone for my trauma. I know they did the best with the resources they had. But the truth is, the neglect and self-destructive behaviors I developed shaped who I am today. I had to face the darkest parts of myself, but doing so saved me. I wouldn’t be who I am, or where I am, without this painful past.
If you’re struggling, know this: you did not come this far to only come this far. 🌟 The fact that you’re still here proves just how incredibly strong you truly are.
This is the space where you can heal, feel empowered, and become the version of you that is meant to be. Welcome to my energy, welcome to your Spiritual Support System. 🙌
