January 22nd is known in Los Angeles as “Justin Turner Day” in recognition of the incredible impact the Dodgers All-Star third baseman Justin Turner, and his wife Kourtney, have made in the community. When you realize everything the Turners do to give back to the city, one day doesn’t seem like enough appreciation - so we’re giving them an extra 40 minutes. In this special episode, Justin and Kourtney join Jensen and wife Danielle Fishel to talk about being married during a pandemic, having to watch their “Quaran-tone” with one another, and how there’s not enough ranch dressing in the world that can fill the sad hole left behind by Souplantation. Then, they share their personal connections to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and their continued support through this tough time. Justin also ponders if fellow Cal-State Fullerton alum Danielle is a Dodgers good luck charm and gives his thoughts on if this COVID break will make things easier for the Astros. This episode proudly supports Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and their annual event, Walk and Play L.A. To donate and learn more, visit walkandplayla.org. Please also support FeedingAmerica.org.
