This is the story of Justin Bourque, a 24-year-old Moncton resident, who shot five officers from the RCMP, killing three and severely injuring two on June 4, 2014. These actions are what led to a manhunt for Bourque that was launched and continued overnight and lasted over 28 hours. These killings were planned and anything but spontaneous, he dressed himself in full camo with several guns and ammunition attached to his body in order to draw out the cops in broad daylight. The moment the first officer showed up, is when the massacre ensued.
