Today the podcast saw our first out-of-town guest in the form of Sara Kostic (resides in Wisconsin/Ohio), as well as a literal “day-one-r”, Oscar Parrish. These two met last summer (listen in for the juicy details) and have been through some seriously tough shit (pardon my French) over the past few years. Listen in for some really personal stories (woah, is that clickbait, Sean? Why yes, perhaps it is…but hey, what the hell else am I supposed to do with a psych degree than attempt to manipulate people?).

A new path was taken in today's episode, as I realized society is taking a turn for the worse and this podcast needs a change in objective. Thus, we begin the human research phase - listen in for more info. Claudia joins the pod, as does Bev, and I forewarn you impatient grasshoppers, Rome wasn't built in a day; this conversation is on a linear growth pattern of interestingness. If x=time and y=listener value on an ambiguous scale, Y=13x+10. As a wise person once told me, "some of the best conversations start with 'hello' and end with 'I love you too' (a.k.a. defense wins championships)".

He's been called "Slim Cutie", "Your Next Boyfriend", "SoCal BroCal", and "That Guy Who's Good at Everything He Does", but today we're calling him Miles Trieger. Listen in as this young kid from Wallingford, Washington (and yes we're considering that a city) shares his perspective [on life, liberty & the pursuit of a perfect melody].

Harry Shaw - creator and star of the original "Harry Shaw Show" - joins the pod for a little Q&A roundtable (although does the shape of the table really matter when there's only two people in the room? As you'll find out, Sean and Harry start off a bit jittery, but the critics (will) say they began to hit their stride about a third of the way through.
