  • I Am a Person

Are you living up to your own expectations? I was away when I recorded this in my second home, MTL. I did not release this last year because I felt this would be a good podcast to start the New year. It occurred to me just how much people depend on titles; they introduce themselves by their titles and define their lives by labels. WHY? What happens when I am no longer a doctor, or I am no longer a librarian? Then who am I? What happens if I lose my corner office? Who am I now? I think a lot of people are becoming undone because their title dictates who they are. This is true even in relationships; what happens when you are no longer the gf? Tittles aside, you should never forget that you are a person first; we all are. And if we are people, do titles matter?

    • The Secret | Happy New Year

I am telling my secret. Most of you know that I have had a year of transition. Aside from the stress of my family, I underwent a procedure that altered my life. While it was a blessing, it came with a lot of personal duress, In which some of it I spoke about but did not really discuss what I did. So now I am telling my personal secret; I figured it could help someone else.

    • Death of Self

Can the Self Die? I have had a rebirth in myself. I have lost weight, changed my hair and job, and opened new businesses. A lot has happened, but the best thing that happened from this is the rebirth of myself—learning how to create and live in alignment. Which probably would not have happened had it not been for surgery and the near-death experience I had. Also, after losing a substantial amount of weight, feeling differently about things and undertanding that I am unstoppable has helped me a lot.

    • Don't Worry Darling?

Should we be worried? So I was never going to watch this movie. I had heard that it was all about sex, and I was like, pass. However, one day I wanted something to watch, and there were limited psychological thrillers (my favs), so I watched. Olivia Wilde did a fantastic job; I think the film needed more power. That being said, for something made through covid, it was executed very well.  The storyline is interesting because although the role reversal is not the focal point, it makes you think about gender and equality. It reminded me of Surrogates and a little Stepford Housewife simultaneously. The funny thing is that, essentially, this movie shows that the male ego is fickle. Regardless of women coming up, men do not want to feel like the lesser partner, and they use sex to keep you in that cage, and when that does not work, they take your soul.

    • Business | Doing To Much

Doing too much in business will turn the right people off. If you are a business owner and you want to employ people. The first thing is to know that people do not think as you do. Also, it is not their company (unless you give them stocks) so they are not going to do things as you do. Creating an equal-opportunity workforce, also means allowing people to be themselves. It is easy to spot today a toxic work culture, and the first way is a bunch of rules. Lots of rules that people have to follow, followed by punishments. You will attract all the wrong people, and this is especially true if you are running an agency, in which people are self-contracted. Self-contractors want to make their money and have no interest in your rule book. You are wasting a lot of time with stupid orientations and policies that contractors are not going to follow. See people can make you a lot of money but if you handicap them from being themselves or being able to rigid you will lose the.

    • You Centric

Are you trying to find out who you are? Are you trying to get into alignment? Well then you might need to start with the basics of becoming more of a centric person, and starting to focus on the things that you like versus the things you don't like or the things that involve other people liking. Sometimes you need to learn about yourself, you need to really strengthen self, and hit a mental reset. In this podcast today, we talk about being a little bit more selfish, with our time, energy, space.

    • Balenciaga Drama

Oddly, these people have a team that works for them, this is not a small business, and they would make this kind of mistake. This is a massive scandal, but I feel like we are not blaming parents. We should hold parents accountable for this because it is there children that are in these campaigns. Kids should always be protected and they did not do this, I am not sure why they thought children and BDSM was a good combo.

    • Change your optics, Change your Language

How you see your business is extremely important, seeing the business helps to create vision. No successful business do not have a vision. How you feel about your business translates to sales—changing your language is important because words have meaning and create a thought pattern in your brain. Removing words like "I can't" and " we aren't messy"  are business will never take off." Those negative comments stifle the growth of your business.
