The nonsense... Let's be honest. He is a professional troll! Kanye is not just an antisemite; he's racist and also sexist. At the same time, I do not condone hate speech, nor his statements about any community he attacked.
To some extent, Kanye's msg has some truth, black artists/people have done an injustice regarding creative opportunities and their work. Members of the white communities have been controlling and reaping the profits that black people produce for years. You can't say that's not a fact because that is prevalent in the music industry. That being said, targeting the Jewish community is ridiculous, and while he complained about his "Jewish accountant," he took that interaction and blamed a whole people.
However, back to his point, black people don't matter because when Kanye made remarks about black people, Floyd's comments, the white lives matter shirt, Harriet Tubman and even women, Addidas never thought for a moment to drop him. But when he went against the Jewish community, every single partner he had dropped him instantly. So when he spoke out against black people, it was radio silent, but when he spoke up against the Jewish community, he was cancelled.
In general, he should have been cancelled for a long time despite being mentally ill; he is problematic and hateful, and although he speaks some truth, his msg is lost in translation due to the whole hateful way he brings it up. Yes, black people have been doing an injustice there work has been controlled by others who aren't them. And when Kanye could open that door, he chose to coin himself a genius, hire white people and walk around saying he did this for the community. I would even argue that the old Kanye spoke up on black rights only to line his pockets. So now everyone should throw him in the trash, leave him alone, and unplug his music because he is hateful.
If you are interested in starting a business, or you have started one before, and it wasn’t successful. This situation is not That situation, it is not that failed experience. I think people often believe that they can apply one experience to something else, and they can’t. An experience is an experience, the new experience is different, simply because you are not the same person. Everything we go through in life changes us, which means we can not experience the same thing twice. Need proof look at physics.
So if you failed at something before, know that you are NOT the same person. And I’m saying that your experience will NOT be the same. Even if it doesn’t start how you want to or doesn’t come to fruition how you expect….just TRY.
The worse feeling is wanting to do something and not doing it, not because you couldn’t but out of fear.
The opposite is true. Just because you are successful in one area, it doesn’t mean you can apply the same skill set and be successful.
Suppose you want to be rich and start a business! You can not get rich working for other people. Consider your 9-5 spending money. That said, you can not make money if you do not know who you are...Wait, you can by working for other people and helping them line their pockets. The first thing to do is to start working on yourself. Learn who you are, What you are about, and What is your narrative? I tell entrepreneurs all the time there are two kinds of customers :
The #2 person is the better person to have as a customer. But you can only have them when you know your story. Confidence can be faked, but genuine confidence is what consumers buy. Ask yourself, have you ever bought something from someone just because you liked them? Felt bad? Wanted to see them win?

This was super hard to talk about this and I did out a trigger warning. My father and I used to have a good relationship, but once you are grown and if you have a parent that is an addict it becomes a challenging relationship. Basically, because it is like your eyes are finally wide open. It is hard to come to terms with the fact that your parent cares more about their addiction than they do you.
Sometimes you aren't daddy's favourite.
Parents are supposed to protect you. And originally this podcast was supposed to be the first one that came out. However, I thought about it and I wanted to really make my podcast a pleasant series. However, I feel like some other people can relate to this, and thus I am sharing this story with you all.
Once again, I am grateful for the experience. It saves me a lot of time working for someone who already has a business. But that being said, I take pride in what I do, and if you value me, you will pay me way more because of what I bring to the table. So if we aren't talking money, you can not have something I created to give to other people; in the academic world, that would be considered plagiarism. For too long, people like people to give her creative output and not compensate. In the world we live in today, creativeness is everything, especially when working with a younger population. No one wants to work for anyone anymore because the rich get richer after stealing from people who create their own stuff, while the creators are on the struggle bus. Those days are over!
Who are you blaming for your life? In the upcoming podcasts, I will share some personal stuff about my life with y'all. At my age, I am grown to know that while our environments play a fundamental part in who we are, we can redirect our paths in life. We don't have to be our parents; even if we become them, once we recognize the pattern, we can change course. The work is "changing course." Having a parent who struggled with mental health, it is straightforward for me to lie in bed one day and stay there. But I make it a point to get up and do other things, not just something comfortable. For a period, I would blame my parents, but the reality is that they honestly did the best they could, and now the rest of the work is mine to do.
Talking about feminism and being a black feminist, what does it mean? As a black woman and a feminist, I feel almost in the middle of the argument. Why? I am a feminist. I believe in equality for women; I think our body is our right. But I also, as a black woman, sometimes feel like white feminist women use this as their right to pretend that they know about the black cause. So I think it is essential o educate yourself cross-culturally, but I also believe it is necessary to respect avenues you are just learning about.
I find this especially true when we speak about diversity. When discussing diversity, some people believe that a group of white people who sit in power positions can tell other people about variety. When that is inaccurate, if you want to talk about diversity, your brand should be a diversified brand that people can visually see.
Three key areas to improve if you want to become a top performer. First, if you currently have a 9-5 and are running a business or if you want a promotion, it all starts with you. You have to invest in yourself, start with discipline and develop goals. Design the life you want, but doing that requires a lot of mental real estate. LET'S TALK ABOUT IT!
