So I recently had an experience...a confrontation if you will, with another woman. Who didn’t like my opinion, and tried to invalidate what I was saying.

When is enough....enough? When do you walk away from someone who you invested so much time into? And okay they aren’t bad, and sometimes they show sign of change...but they never really change!

Hmm as a young black woman, relationships were different for me. I am so lucky to have diversified friends. And when we get together, we chat. It’s so interesting when my friends say, since they were little they were trained to be married. As I reflect, although I’m black I come from a mixed background. I literally have a “tiger mom” it was important for me to be educated and trained into a profession. Marriage was third after the career. But funny now that I’ve dominated education and career, I have little interest in marriage. Mainly because as a black woman I have work and world changes to make....what’s your thought ?
