Human remains found behind an abandoned school in Philadelphia have been identified as those of missing 23-year-old Kada Scott. Police arrested Keon King who they say was the last person in contact with Scott on the day she went missing. And now new questions are surfacing about whether King should have even been free — and whether a mistake by the district attorney’s office led to him being back on the streets.
