Definitions of Accountability:
-The fact or condition of being accountable; responsible.
-Taking full responsibility for your decisions, actions and reactions with the moral requirement to explain your decisions, actions and reactions when you are asked.
Let’s use systemic tyranny and racism as an example regarding lives taken due to gross negligence and zero empathy for human life.
Example:
Someone must be held accountable for the killings of lives taken due to gross negligence and immorality versus allowing them to walk freely with the capability to murder others.
Once you create a culture of accountability, then create a strategy that will make owning it happen consistently.
1 - Accountability Begins with You
2 - You are Accountable
3 - Accountability is a Consistent Practice
4 - Accountability applies to Everyone – Zero Exceptions
5 - Accountability Cannot be Assigned
6 - Accountability is the Contrast of Success and Failure
7 - You Need to Hold People Accountable
This episode regarding accountability is a really GREAT episode of KAHLIA SE$$IONS.
I am teaching you how to begin to stop or reinforce situations from running you over and how to own them. You run life, life doesn't run you.
This one really hits home because I was the epitome of unaccountability. I was cocky, arrogant and did not feel that I had to justify my actions to anyone because I was wrong and did not want to own what I created. I thought I was perfect, and .... smelled like roses.
I do not want you to have to endure the difficult lessons which I experieced so I am sharing this free information with a vibe for sale.
