  • The Power of Your BELIEFS (with special guest Luke Wren!)
As we get ready to close out this year and head into 2021, it’s time to start setting new goals.
And when it comes to achieving a goal or making any  kind of change in your life, it starts with your BELIEF.
I’ve often said if you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can’t, you won’t.
I had the honor of talking about how our beliefs shape EVERYTHING we do in this episode with my friend and special guest, Luke Wren.
Luke is a success coach who worked under Tony Robbins prior to starting his own business. He has an incredible story and a whole lot of wisdom that I can’t wait for you to hear!
As always, I would love to hear your a-ha moments after you listen in!

  • How to Shift From Goal Setting to Goal GETTING (with special guest Nicole Crank!)
We’ve all heard how important it is to set goals and write them down, but how many of us actually do it?!
Maybe you set a goal in your mind, but you never actually write it down…
Or maybe you do write it down, but then you never look at it again.
As much as I’ve been guilty of all those mistakes before, I’ve learned along the way and I take my goals seriously!
I take the time to decide what my goals are and I write them down.
I even re-visit them and reflect on them…
But when I read Nicole Crank’s new book, Goal Getters, I was blown away by so many strategies & suggestions I had never heard of before.
And that’s when I knew I had to reach out and see if I could get her to join me on this episode all about goal GETTING!
Nicole shares some inspiring stories that will inspire you to set bigger goals than ever before, but she also shares some incredible tips and tools that will equip you to go out and GET those goals!
I can’t wait for you to listen in below (or on any podcast app!)
…And of course, I can’t wait to hear your a-ha moments!

  • Crazy Coincidence or Divine Appointment?
Have you ever had a moment (or a series of different moments) that were so perfectly timed that it was hard to believe it was just a coincidence? I know I have, and I believe more than ever that those moments aren’t just happenstance or random – they are signs that God is on the move!
My dear friend, Jeff Eckart, introduced me to this idea that those “crazy coincidences” are so much more – they are truly divine appointments and the way I look at those moments in my life has forever changed since then!
Jeff is a longtime friend, prayer warrior, and a minister on a mission to change lives through the power of prayer – and I’m so grateful that he was able to join me as a guest on this episode!
We talk about what’s happening in the world today & the power of these divine appointments in our life… I hope you take as much away from our conversation as I did and I’d love to hear what spoke to you most!

  • How Changing Your Inner Circle Can Change Your Life
Chances are, you’ve heard the saying that “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
But have you really thought about it? Have you ever taken the time to evaluate who you’re spending time with and how they’re influencing you?
If not, I hope you will after hearing today’s episode! I had the privilege of interviewing Dr. Dharius Daniels on the show to talk all about our relationships and the massive impact they have on who we are and who we become!
Dr. Dharius Daniels is the lead pastor at Change Church, the author of Relational Intelligence (among many other books), and I can’t wait for you guys to hear all the amazing wisdom he shared with us in this episode.
I’m also kicking off a book club on his new book, Relational Intelligence, this Thursday at 8:30 am est LIVE on my Instagram account. (Click here to follow me on IG if you haven’t already!)
As always, I can’t wait to hear your a-ha moments from this episode and I hope you’ll share them with me by leaving a comment, or tagging me in your posts on social!

  • Why I Started My Business 3 Different Times… (and what changed the 3rd time!)
Many of you know that I started my business 3 different times.
The 3rd time around it still took me 6 months to sign my first distributor. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But it doesn’t matter that it took me 6 months to get my first distributor because ultimately I got to BLACK DIAMOND and became the top income earner!
So, what changed the 3rd time around?!

    It was the timing!!!

This time it was my decision.

This time I knew my why.

This time I knew it wasn’t a matter of IF I would succeed, it was simply a matter of when!
So, even though I said “yes” the first two times… it was really a no in my mind. I wasn’t ready to go all-in until the 3rd time when it was truly my choice and my timing.
And a lot of times when someone tells us “no” it doesn’t really mean no forever. It just means no, not at this time in my life.
But guess what?? Everyone goes through transitions in life! And it wasn’t until I became a mom and held my baby boy in my arms that I was truly ready to RUN with my business! Suddenly I knew I couldn’t go back to school and raise everyone else’s kids while someone was at home raising mine.
And right now we are in scary, unprecedented times! More than 10 million people applied for unemployment last month!!!!
I’m not saying what we do is for everyone! And we absolutely need to be thoughtful of how we approach people. But someone you’ve been too afraid to reach our to or someone who said no to this opportunity 6 months ago might be in a different place today.
That’s why it’s so important to keep building new relationships, keep telling your story, and keep sharing what we do!
You don’t know when someone is going to experience a transition and need something like this… but you want to be the person they think of when they do!

I hope this episode encourages you to keep telling your story & keep sharing what we have to offer! As always, I’d love to hear your feedback – drop me a comment below or tag me on social and tell me what you thought!
Sending so much love to all of you listening!

  • Why Relationships Are Your Greatest Resource
If you know me, you know I LOVE people. And as someone who loves creating connection above all else… I know this social distancing stuff is tough.
But just because we can’t come together in-person doesn’t mean we can’t come together in other ways. I truly believe it’s more important than ever that we look our for each other and invest into the people we love and care about in any way we can.
I recorded this episode a few weeks ago before all of the quarantining began, but I think the topic is more relevant than ever!
In business, we know our network is our net-worth in so many ways… but really that network doesn’t mean much if we don’t have real relationships.
I hope this episode inspires you to reach out to someone you need to re-connect with and reminds you that relationships truly are our greatest resource!!
As always, I’d love to hear your feedback! Drop me a comment below or tag me on your social posts to tell me your biggest takeaways.
    Stay safe my friends!

  • The Secret to Staying Motivated
Can you imagine what life would be like if you ALWAYS felt motivated?! It would be easy to wake up at the crack of dawn for an early morning workout, eat healthy for every meal, complete your 6-list everyday,  and all your other goals and responsibilities in between.
So, what’s the secret to staying motivated and getting ALL the things done?!
I hate to burst your bubble… but constant motivation is a myth. It comes and goes like any other emotion and there’s no foolproof method for making it magically appear.
Chances are, you know that already. You know there’s no secret to motivation just like there’s no shortcut to success.
But while there’s no secret… there ARE strategies that work. And that’s exactly what I’m sharing with you in today’s episode!
I can’t wait to hear what you’re working toward, what’s working for you, and what stood out to you from this episode.
Drop me a comment and let me know!

  • The Most Important Marketing Tool You’ll Ever Need
One of the things I learned early on in my business is that success is an identity process! People often need to relate to a piece of your story before they believe success is possible for them too.
That’s why I believe that learning how to tell your story is one of the most important and powerful skills you can learn as a business owner.
As much as we want to find facts and statistics to support the message we’re sharing… people can’t connect with a fact like they can with a story.
When you’re putting your kids to bed… do you read them facts? Of course not! You read them a bedtime story so they can imagine the story in their mind as they drift off to sleep.
The same thing happens when you tell YOUR story! People relate with what you say and they begin to imagine themselves in your situation…
And when you share your struggles (as hard as that can be), it shows people that you’re REAL (and that success doesn’t come without challenges!)
The more people relate to you, your story, and your struggles… the more they will trust you.
And people do business with people they know, like, and trust.
So regardless of what business you’re in, there is huge power in telling your story… and you’ll see just how powerful a story can be when you hear this episode!
I can’t wait to hear what you think!
