  • People Buy People
As someone who has been in this industry before & after social media came into existence, I can still say that network marketing is a PEOPLE business above all else. You can have the greatest product in the world, the best branding, and an awesome advertising campaign… but if you don’t get the people right, you won’t stay successful for very long.
Think about it… when you are selling the same product line as every other representative in your company, what makes people buy from YOU?
Chances are, they didn’t just stumble upon you. They know you personally, they got a glowing recommendation/referral from a friend, they have gotten to know you or trust you from what you share online, or you’ve formed some kind of relationship in another way.
That’s what I’m such a huge believer in building relationships and getting out there “belly to belly” to build your network as often as possible. Your relationships are your greatest resource in a business like this and they definitely don’t build themselves!
If you’re struggling to get your business to the next level, I bet there’s something in this episode that will help you breakthrough. I truly believe that when you get the people right, the business works & that’s exactly what we dive into with this episode.
I hope you take something away from this topic and I can’t wait to hear your thoughts in the comments!

  • The Balancing Act of Being A Full-Time Businesswoman & Mom
For centuries, it has been commonplace for a women to take care of the children and home while the men go to work to provide…
And while that might still work for some families, our society is changing and women are working outside of the home more than ever.
As a businesswoman and mother of 3 myself, I wanted to talk about this topic with some other working moms who understand what it’s like to juggle both.
It often feels like a “balancing” act to make sure that our family/home life is getting the attention it needs while our work is too.
As moms, we can feel like it’s on us to do it all and feel guilty when we don’t…
But the truth is… there’s no such thing as perfect balance. If we want to do both, we have to find ways to make it work without beating ourselves up along the way.
I know it’s not easy, but I can tell you from experience it is so worth it.
That’s why I’m so excited to share today’s episode with you. I had two very special guests on the show and they are  perfect examples of women who crush it in the business-world and then go home to be incredible mothers to their children.
Aspen Emry & Katrina Ferguson… I’m so glad you could join us for this episode and I can’t wait to hear the comments from our audience after they listen in!

  • Getting Comfortable With Being Uncomfortable
People always want the “secret” to success… that one little thing they can do that will transform everything.
And while I don’t believe there’s only ONE thing, I can tell you there is huge power in getting outside your comfort zone regularly.
Every time you challenge yourself to do something you’ve never done, you grow in the process.
It’s almost like developing a muscle. Stretching yourself outside that comfort zone will never be easy, but you’ll get stronger each time you do it.
In a way, you’re getting comfortable with being uncomfortable.
Whether it’s business development, leadership, or just life in general – this regular practice of getting outside your comfort zone will have an incredible impact on your life.
For me, it’s been invaluable. I can’t tell you how much I’ve grown by tackling the things that scare me or make me uncomfortable. I share some of my own experiences in today’s episode & I can’t wait to hear what you think about our topic for today!

  • How Something As Simple As Visualization Can Transform Your Business
Visualization is a skill I’ve used to achieve goals in every area of my life & I’m so excited to take on this topic with one of my dear friends, business partners and fellow visualization aficionados… Kirsten Johnson!
Kirsten and I have a long history together because of our network marketing business, but our connection goes far beyond that and I knew she would be the perfect guest for today’s topic.
Not only is she a total rockstar in her business, but she is a former teacher & coach just like me! We hit it off as soon as we met and we’ve connected on so many levels with visualization being just one of them.
I can remember using visualization as early as my middle school years playing sports. I’d sit there in the locker room, picturing how I’d approach the game, which plays we’d run, and all the details in between!
When the National Anthem was playing before each game, I was visualizing the game before my eyes.
I didn’t necessarily know it was called visualization at the time, but it’s a habit that has stuck with me throughout my life and helped me achieve almost every single one of my goals.
And while I started using it during my years playing sports, it has carried into every area of my life… especially my business.
I can’t even begin to count all the ways I’ve used visualization to impact the growth of my business, but I can promise you it’s made all the difference in my success. (And Kirsten’s too!)
It has been such an important practice in my life that I felt called to share it with you too… I can’t wait to hear what your thoughts and reactions are.
If you have an experience with visualization or an a-ha moment that you got from this episode, I would love nothing more than to hear your feedback in the comments!

  • The Power of Network Marketing ft. Special Guest & CEO Mark Pentecost
In this episode we’re talking all about WHY someone should get involved in network marketing and I can’t think of a better guest to have on for this topic than the CEO of the top MLM company, It Works Global… Mark Pentecost!
We’ll be talking about how MLM companies and this industry as a whole have changed, why this industry continues to be postured for so much growth & what you should consider to choose the right company for you to create a residual income from home.
Our special guest, Mark Pentecost, is a former math teacher and basketball coach who joined this industry to make an extra $500/month… clearly he reached far beyond that goal and ultimately started his own industry-leading MLM company, It Works Global in 2001.
Since then, It Works has grown to become a multi-million dollar health and wellness company well on its way to becoming a billion dollar brand and I’m so excited that Mark joined us for this episode to talk all about the power of network marketing.
I can’t wait to hear what you think in the comments below!
