Clark Rooseveltte is a visionary, creative director, business owner, philanthropist, artist, maker, and designer in Kansas City, Missouri. He has literally done it all, which makes him a prime example of what not only following your dreams looks like, but building them in the process.
He talked about his upbringing, how Clvr. World came to be, feeding the homeless, inspiring children & adults to be creative, heartbreaking loss, upcycling clothing, The Clark Rooseveltte Show, and the beliefs that drive him.
We covered just about everything in this episode, and honestly could have talked for 2+ more hours! I am glad Clark got to be the first one to do this type of long-form, “let’s talk about anything that comes up” interview on KCBC. We will definitely have him back on the show in the future!
Kansas City residents, prepare yourselves for the Spring 2024 re-opening of his Clvr. World Shop on 30th and Truth Avenue!

The first 5M2L of 2024 is an update on the podcast and Michael’s Business Growth Coaching LLC, Vocati ad Servitium (VAS).
I explain what’s coming up next for 5M2L, explain the new 5 Seconds to Burn reels which are on Instagram and YouTube exclusively, as well as answer a couple of FAQ’s about how I use my business to help founders grow their businesses.

Dre and Jessica started Better Together in Kansas City out of their love for each other, fitness, and enthusiasm for helping couples achieve optimal health and wellness. They serve couples nationwide. They believe that working out together not only enhances physical health but also fosters a deeper and emotional connection. Their app offers tailored workouts, expert guidance, and interactive challenges, all aimed at empowering couples to embrace a healthier lifestyle, side by side.
This interview is a great reminder that couples can be better together, as one unit, with common goals. They talked about their program, fitness app, new book, and revealed some of their plans for 2024.
The amount of progress they have achieved in such a relatively short amount of time as a business duo is nothing less than impressive. Listeners will enjoy their candor, perspective, invaluable insights, and obvious connection to one another.
One of my favorite interviews so far! I could not be happier that the first husband and wife business owner duo to come on the show was Dre and Jessica!

Phil is the Founder & CEO of Armor Marketing. He was one of the first entrepreneurs I met on my journey in 2023 to build something of my own. As I got to know him, his philosophy on business and storytelling, he became one of the first guests I asked to interview for KCBC.

You can have a company full of talented people… but if they cannot work well together or keep strong relationships, your ability to succeed and grow will be seriously inhibited. Your turnover will be high. Your customers WILL notice.

Got 5 minutes before the new year hits us all in a couple of hours?
Learn More. Know Less.
This episode was literally recorded 20 minutes ago as of this writing. No practice. No editing. It’s my little New Year’s Eve special directly from my heart.
As you consider your reflections of 2023, and your goals/word/resolutions/revolutions/journey for 2024, consider silence as part of your strategy.
I shared a little bit of my experience here on this one. I feel like someone out there needs to hear this. Or needs to consider it. Or needs to adopt it directly into their 2024 planning.
Silence when coupled with determination and discipline is something that has worked very well for me and others in my social circles in the past. And I expect it to continue to work well for all of us into 2024.
Less New Year’s resolutions. More New Year’s revolutions.
More learning. Less knowing.
Get after it, y’all. We appreciate your support of KCBC, 5M2L, and VAS LLC!
