Her PR team quickly scrambled to retract the picture, but it was too late, and the internet of 'normal' women had turned against Khloe, crying 'Fake!'

Khloe replied that she was the victim of society's unrealistic expectations, but many accused her of augmenting those with her massive influence.

Who is 'right' in this situation, and should we as aesthetic clinicians be striving to show only 'real' beauty on our social media pages?
