'Karma Healing' - Workshop 9 on Releasing Unwanted Karma from Past Experiences, with Spiritual Teacher David Challenor
Welcome to Workshop 9 on 'Healing Karma'. This workshop is part of 'Living a Healing Life' series we have created. The workshop consists of an educational talk followed by a guided meditation led by David Challenor who is a spiritual teacher of 28 years.
During this workshop we will discuss the real meaning of Karma, how we create karma and how we purify it by clearing it out. Pain and Karma are stored within our DNA cell memories and we will re-live similar emotional experiences until our pain and karma are released.
Once we go beyond karma, we become a Master of our destiny which will help us to activate the higher chakras, increase our vibrations and maintain a positive aura.
We spend our lives being seduced by the outside world, believing utterly that happiness and suffering come from “out there”. Even more fundamental than that, we assume that we are the handiwork of someone else, either a superior being or our parents. The experiential implications of this are blame, anger, and guilt, bringing ever-deepening levels of suffering and hopelessness.
The view of Karma is one of “self-creation”. We are the creators of our lives, our happiness, and our suffering. Buddha's teachings state that we come into the world fully programmed with our own tendencies and the seeds for how our life will map out.
