As wrapping in our three part series of Fil-Am Culture from the perspective of our beloved Pinays from different geographical places that they were born, grew up and move in. Today on this last part of the series I have the greatest Jehzan Exclusive coming all the way from Honolulu, Hawaii! A true gee and hammah as I like to describe her. She is someone with great intentions and a heart of encouraging our young generation to rise up and to get out from their comfort zone. When you come from Seattle and you move to an island that is diverse you begin to see a lot of things that are different especially in the way your culture is represented as. Being born in Seattle she was always surrounded by a community that only sharpens and broadens her perspective about the world around her. There is more than meets the eye and I think when it comes to sharing that dialogue with someone even from a tap from your phone you get to see where they come from.
