5:00pm- While appearing on CNN, Congressman Dan Goldman (D-NY) was awkwardly confronted with an old clip of himself stating that Joe Biden would never use his power as president to pardon a family member.

5:30pm- Donald Trump announced he has nominated Kash Patel to serve as the 9th Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). In a piece largely criticizing Patel’s nomination, even The Wall Street Journal concedes he has “worked as a federal prosecutor and served in several senior national-security roles, experiences not uncommon in the background of an FBI director.” So, if he is qualified, why are Democrats and mainstream media personalities so upset? 5:50pm- While speaking with Fox News earlier this year, Donald Trump predicted that Joe Biden would pardon his son Hunter before leaving office.

5:55pm- While speaking with the press aboard Air Force One, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre revealed that President Joe Biden wouldn’t have pardoned his son Hunter if Kamala Harris had won the 2024 presidential election.
