Kathleen Kennedy says Solo wasn't successful because it didn't have Harrison Ford's deepfake.

I think this is incorrect. I believe Solo failed not because of the lack of deepfake or any other reason (I liked the film) other than the fact that The Last Jedi came out several months prior and created a big rift in the Star Wars fandom with the treatment of Luke Skywalker by Rian Johnson and Lucasfilm at Kathleen Kennedy's approval (I assume).
