In this episode, I address how manifestation community can leave out people who have experienced traumas in their lives. Whether it’s abuse, war or other painful situations. As humans, our aim is to focus on being inclusive of trauma experienced people to support them, It is important to be compassionate and be trauma-sensitive to others. Manifestation can increase self blaming, shaming, self criticism, anxiety and stress even more if it is not taught in a conscious way. In this episode, I share how cruel & insensitive “manifestation” can make humans and lose the basic human decency of being kind to one another.
